Since 2011, the RM Series Controller has provided Data Signs customers with a stable and reliable platform for managing sign technology in an innovative way. To take the controller to the next level, Data Signs is announcing a new, revolutionised controller which was released on the 1st of October this year (2018).

RM Series Controllers have helped traffic management equipment users remotely manage their needs and the needs of their customers for many years, through messaging, GPS location and other advanced sign functionalities.

To continue to provide customers with the highest quality equipment to support efficient traffic management, Data Signs has released the new RM32D Controller. The improved controller allows access to the 4G network to offer more reliable communications from the sign to <a href="https://ds-live.com.au" target="_blank">DS-Live™</a> – a cloud-based technology offering full redundancy and security while seamlessly enabling customers to monitor and program messages on Data Signs’ products from anywhere with any internet-enabled device.

As Data Signs custom designs and manufactures its own equipment with the needs of the user as top priority, the new technology and processes used in the creation of RM32D offer greater opportunities to customers at a reduced price. This product will be available to purchase through <a href="\ServiceSupport\DataSigns-Service-Centres" title="Data Signs Service Centres">Data Signs service centres</a> and its <a href="https://partsonline.datasigns.com.au" target="_blank" title="Data Signs Parts Online">online parts store</a>.

Unfortunately, due to the increasing difficulty to obtain critical parts for the original controller series, Data Signs is announcing that the RM32 and RM32B have been discontinued. Support and repairs for these controllers will no longer be available. There is a migration path available however to continue support moving to the new generation Controller.
<br /><br />
Parts, repairs and support will continue to be provided for the RM32C Controllers which can also be upgraded readily to the RM-32D without any wiring changes. Only an additional aerial can be fitted to provide the Diversity feature.
